Project Management Institute (PMI). Program Manager Professional (PgMP) Certification. Partnered with PMI to develop the multi-rater assessment (MRA) portion of the PgMP credentialing exam. The MRA represents the final step in the PgMP credentialing process. Similar to a 360-degree review, teams of raters assess candidates’ abilities to perform tasks that are pertinent to program management skills. The PgMP certification is currently a globally recognized and accredited certification delivered in more than 180 countries, worldwide.

Accreditation: Served as lead for three accreditation review
boards, including, The Buros Institute, The American Council on Education
(ACE), and The National Skill Standards Board (NSSB). The purpose of
accreditation is to promote quality assurance in the certification marketplace
and to provide national recognition for certifications that meet quality
benchmarks.
Idaho State Office of Education. Idaho Reading Indicator: Served on the exam development committee responsible for developing the Idaho Reading Indicator (IRI). The IRI is a benchmark reading test that is administered three times per school year to all Idaho public school students in grades K-3.

Novations Four Stages Research
Project. This project investigated the relationship between employee
contribution, performance, and organizational value. We validated and expanded the
Four Stages of Contribution Model, originally developed by Doctors Gene Dalton
and Paul Thompson, and demonstrated how individual impact changes as employees
progress through their careers.
Novations. The Changing Face of Diversity: Then, Now, and Tomorrow – Research findings from the Linkage Leading Diversity Study – 10 Years Later. This research surveyed diversity and inclusion executives from more than 4,000 organizations, worldwide. We considered how the definition of “inclusion” has changed over the past decade, and demonstrated the business case for creating a more diverse and inclusive work environment. Results were published and presented at the 2009, Linkage Diversity and Inclusion Summit.
Citrix Online. Training Needs Analysis. The purpose of this project was to identify the critical knowledge, skills, and abilities that Citrix managers require in order to perform at optimal levels. The result was a system of skill domains that work to define the unique role of managers in each functional role, as well as the knowledge and skill base they rely on in engaging and developing their employees.
Deloitte. Advanced Business Consulting for Technologists (ABC4T). Advanced Business Consulting for Technologists (ABC4T) is a four-day project simulation that provides technology senior consultants with intermediate to advanced skills that will help them to become “business-oriented” technologists and position them for long-term career success. We trained Deloitte technology consultants in the application of client-oriented skills, including, developing the business case, proposal writing, and effective communicating.
Tyson Foods. Organizational Effectiveness Assessment. Successfully designed, measured, and implemented quality improvement initiatives across seven business units at Tyson Foods. The results from this project identified three primary drivers of engagement, which continues to influence how Tyson Foods trains and develops its employees.
